Standard Fire Insurance

How does it work?
Standard Fire insurance covers a policyholder against loss by fire and damage from several other sources. These include fires brought about by electricity, such as faulty wiring and gas explosions, as well as those caused by lightning and natural disasters.

A properly endorsed standard fire policy can provide protection from a covered loss for many different types of properties. Items can range from dwellings, mobile homes, garages, and mountain cabins. We also write policy on homes in the process of new construction (Builders Risk).

Purchasing additional fire coverage helps to cover the cost of the replacement, repair, or reconstruction of property above the limit set by the property insurance policy.
