Jeff S. Reeves

Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Treasurer

Jeff Reeves, Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Treasurer, is responsible for the day-to-day accounting duties along with cash control, investment portfolio management, risk management, and regulatory filings. Along with Randall Carpenter, he is heavily involved in setting the strategic direction for the company.

Jeff is a CPA and his background is in business management as well as the audit function of public accounting. Jeff also serves as the Human Resource Director responsible for personnel and benefits policies and procedures. He holds several insurances industry designations including the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), ARe (Associates in Reinsurance), and API (Associate in Personal Insurance. He also holds a Property & Casualty agent’s license as well as Life & Annuities and Health agent’s licenses. Jeff has been with the company since 2008.

Randall H. Carpenter

Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Secretary

Randall Carpenter, Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Secretary, is responsible for agency recruitment and management, underwriting, and information systems for Grayson-Carroll-Wythe Mutual. Along with Jeff Reeves, he is heavily involved in setting the strategic direction for the company.

Randall is a seasoned insurance professional having spent forty years serving in many different roles of both agency and company management. Before coming to Grayson-Carroll-Wythe, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President-Information Systems at a small mutual company in North Carolina. In his earliest years in the industry, he was an agent and developed software for agencies and small companies. Randall has an MBA degree and holds several insurance industry designations including AIAF (Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance), the PFMM (Professional Farm Mutual Manager), and the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor). Randall has been with the company since 2008.
